1. Introduction

Welcome to ConveyanceLink (conveyancelink.link), operated by ConveyanceLink LLC (Business ID CR-460361). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our conveyancing help platform, information products, and merchandise. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Definitions

• Services: Legal and administrative conveyancing assistance, including document preparation, filing, and liaison with relevant authorities.
• Information Products: Digital guides, templates, and educational materials on conveyancing processes.
• Merchandise: Physical items, such as printed guides, branded materials, or stationery.

3. Scope of Services

ConveyanceLink provides tailored conveyancing help for residential and commercial property transfers. All services are delivered in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. Information products and merchandise are offered for purchase separately.

4. Payments

All fees for Services, Information Products, and Merchandise are specified at the time of order. You agree to provide complete and accurate payment details. We accept major payment methods as indicated at checkout.

5. Refund and Cancellation

5.1 Conveyancing Services

Conveyancing Services involve legal and administrative tasks that commence upon order confirmation. You may cancel before document drafting or official submission begins and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days to the original payment method. Once work has commenced, no refund will be provided due to time and resources expended. However, you may transfer the service to another individual or entity at no additional charge by submitting a transfer request through contact us.

5.2 Information Products

For digital guides and templates, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to request a refund, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the content. To request a refund, please contact us. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 calendar days to the original payment method.

5.3 Merchandise

Physical items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, in unused condition and original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us. We will arrange a replacement or return your payment within 10 calendar days of receiving the item.

6. Limitation of Liability

ConveyanceLink shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from use of our Services, Information Products, or Merchandise. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected item or service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Doha.
